- From £300k to £449k the monthly fee is just £52.00 pm
- From £450k to £599 the monthly fee just £56.00

From £600k to £899k the monthly fee is just £60.00

From £900k to £1.5 million the monthly fee just £68.00

From £1.5 million the monthly fee is just £78.00
Extend your agreement after 6 months and the standard rate changes to just £35 per month.
