A detailed property advert provided by you on our own well marketed website/online publication:    

Consisting of: 

• Up to 149 words introduction; which should be a description of the property/business.
• Up to 499 words main advert; Ideally this should be a more detailed description of the property, the business, the potential for any future owner and a description of the location (you do not need to provide rooms sizes etc as these are not property details but an advert).
• Up to 75 words description of your private owner’s accommodation.
• Up to 9 images.
• A link to your own website. 

2) Each property advert is individually optimised for greater exposure.   

3) PLUS as part of the package:   Your property will be advertised on leading property and business-for-sale websites.  

4) Genuine Buyers;  Through our marketing packages, we access over 200,000 prospective buyers every month. In addition, we have collated a database of buyers - All registered and verified as genuine, with the means to proceed and expressly looking to buy a hospitality business.    

5) Individually emailed; Your property details are individually emailed to all registered buyers so they won't get lost in a mass mailing.  

6) You are in control. We notify you when your property adverts are scheduled to appear, we provide email confirmation that your property email has been sent and that your web advert is "live".
